They were such a hit last week, 
Cheryl wanted to make more! This time we decided to shake things up a bit and try a different cookie with a new combination.
At the very least, we did not have to make them from scratch. As you may have noticed by now, we don’t have much energy after work, so baking pre-made dough is about all we can handle. However, we still have to let a little artistry seep in.
So, enter the Heath Bar and BINGO! Heath Bar Oatmeal Scotcheroo Cookies!
They are quite addictive! I’m sure the folks will be pleased to have them with coffee tomorrow. We shall see.
