I had a little time early on tonight to work on her.

Still not having a good image in mind, I worked on getting the rest of the bark off so we can hurry up and move her inside. She still does not look very sexy at this point. But I only put about 4 hours in the carving. ( at least one hour was wasted trying to get her on the sawhorse! She is still too heavy!)

There still is a long way to go. Well, here are the latest progress pics. I'll probably be hanging out online again tomorrow, so I probably won't have much to show off. Till then, Have a great week!

I never thought about the weight of this. I suppose it lightens up the more you work on it and also if it dries out as you open it up. That is a lot of work for you.
