For

the last couple of days I have been working on the tree carving. However,

as before, I have very little to show for it. I worked on the wrong side of the tree to begin with and after 30 minutes realized that a large

rotted knot would mess things up, so I had to flip it over. Well, Here is how far I got so far. outlined her face, carved a small rose

brooch on her shoulder. Now it is to dark to show off anymore. Tomorrow then! As for the wet folding Origami, A horse,

A larger piece of paper allows me to add a couple of small details such as hooves, and a wavy tail. Enjoy!

Digit dexterity has never been anything I can claim. Any parcels packages I put together look like a heap of discrded junk. Having said that I was shown oragami by a Japanese visitor . Since then while I've admired the art I'ver never tried it again. The whole house was full of laughter at my original attempts.
It's easy really, start with a base fold then create from there, Oh! Practice practice practice. I fold the same patterns over and over again, each time they are a little differant. After a while you can do them in your sleep.
