Tree carving day one

So I started the rough out portion of the tree carving, and already I hit a rut. My chainsaw broke! The sprocket looks like it is the cause of the problems, and that will [probably not get fixed anytime soon. So...that means all the really great deep carving I was planning, now is changed back to the shallow carving similar to the other tree carvings I did. Basically, all the caving will be done with chisels. So This is how far I got tonight before my arm told me to quit! Let's see how far I get tomorrow!
